After touring Europe, the United States and Latin America, the Spanish singer-songwriter will be performing the final concert of his acclaimed Spanish Leather Tour on 2 October 2026, at the Movistar Arena. The artist has titled this concert Spanish Leather Closing Chapter, since it effectively closes the chapter he began with his second album, Spanish Leather (2025). After an international tour powered by emotion, roots and modernity, the artist will be coming to Madrid to perform a special show which looks set to be a spectacular production, a tribute to his creative journey that takes him from the echoes of Benicàssim and Las Cuevas de Cañart to the great stages of the world such as London, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Bogotá and Buenos Aires, among others. Álvaro de la Fuente is a solo artist born in Benicasim with roots in Aragon. At the age of 15, he got his first guitar, which he taught himself to play. With the help of new technologies, he launched himself in the music industry using the microphone from a gaming console. With these little homemade tracks, he began to gain followers on social media. While doing covers of artists like Rosalía, he met Natalia Lacunza, a contestant on the Operación Triunfo singing competition in 2018, and they collaborated on the track Nana triste, which helped establish him on the Spanish music scene with millions of views on YouTube. In Spanish Leather, Guitarricadelafuente blends Spanish and Latin American folklore with a contemporary and bold vision. Through his songs, he explores the tension between tradition and modernity, intimacy and universality, tracing a path of self-discovery marked by love, identity and growing up. On this tour, he offers audiences an immersive journey in which music, words and emotion intertwine to create a shared space.
